Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay results or terminate your service agreement.
All services are invoiced as agreed upon in your proposal or subscription plan. Payments are due according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated in a performance guarantee (e.g., “30 Leads in 30 Days — or We Work for Free”), subject to agreed-upon terms and client cooperation.
Where applicable, performance guarantees (e.g., lead volume commitments) are honored only when clients actively participate in the process and follow all mutually agreed setup timelines.
Failure to respond, provide assets, or implement agreed strategies may void the performance guarantee.
We may use or recommend third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, CRMs, call tracking platforms). We are not liable for performance issues, service interruptions, or changes made by these third-party providers.
ScaleUpGarage is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services. We make no guarantees outside those explicitly stated in your agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our website at any time if a client breaches these Terms, violates applicable laws, or becomes uncooperative in a manner that disrupts service delivery.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ScaleUpGarage is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or local courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
